Indicator: B9.2.2.1.1 - Demonstrate how to add pictures and insert screenshots
By the end of the lesson, learners can:
- identify the Insert Ribbon in Microsoft PowerPoint and locate the Pictures and Screenshot commands.
- insert a picture from a saved file into a slide and resize or reposition it using the corner handles.
- capture a screenshot of an open window and insert it into a slide using the Screenshot tool.
- apply the Screen Clipping option to capture only a selected portion of the screen.
- arrange pictures and screenshots neatly on slides in preparation for a short presentation.
