Indicator: B4.1.2.1.1 - Describe the desktop background and explain its features (e.g. image, icons and Taskbar of the background).

By the end of the lesson, learners can:

Identify the desktop background by name when shown a computer screen or a picture of one.
Point to and name at least three features of the desktop background: the wallpaper (image), icons, and the taskbar.
Describe in their own words what the wallpaper, icons, and taskbar are and what each one does.
Sort pictures of computer screens into “desktop background” and “not the desktop background” with 90% accuracy.
Draw a simple labelled sketch of a desktop background showing the wallpaper, an icon, and the taskbar.
