Learning Objectives
Indicator: B5.2.1.1.1 - Show the use of Insert, design, animation and transition in the ribbons section. (New, Open, Save, Save As, Print and Close) and the Insert and design ribbon.
By the end of the lesson, learners can:
- Identify and locate the File menu, Insert ribbon, and Design ribbon in Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Demonstrate how to create a new slide using the File menu (New, Open, Save, Save As, Print, Close).
- Use the Insert ribbon to insert shapes and draw the Ghana flag on a slide.
- Apply a design theme from the Design ribbon to change the appearance of a slide.
- Save their work using Save and Save As, and explain the difference between the two commands.
