Learning Objectives
Indicator: B6.5.3.1.5 - Modify the appearance of data within a worksheet.
By the end of the lesson, learners can:
- Identify at least four formatting options available in the Home ribbon of Microsoft Excel 2016.
- Apply bold, italic, underline, and font colour to selected cells to change how data appears.
- Change font type and font size of data within a selected range of cells.
- Merge and centre a title across a range of cells in a worksheet.
- Demonstrate how to wrap text and adjust cell alignment (left, centre, right) to improve how data is displayed.
