Learning Objectives
Indicator: B9.2.4.1.2 - Demonstrate how to use styles, themes, templates and macros
By the end of the lesson, learners can:
- Distinguish between a template and a macro, giving at least one example of each.
- Create a new spreadsheet document from a predefined template in Microsoft Excel.
- Apply a built-in style and a theme to a sample worksheet and explain the visible effect of each.
- Record and run a simple macro (such as formatting a selected cell range) in Microsoft Excel.
- Format a given dataset by applying styles and themes, and present the result to the class.
