Indicator: B8.2.4.1.3 - Demonstrate how to copy formulas and references
By the end of the lesson, learners can:
- Copy and paste a formula from one cell to another in a spreadsheet and predict the result.
- Explain the difference between relative and absolute cell references using the dollar sign ($) notation.
- Apply relative and absolute referencing correctly when copying formulas across rows and columns.
- Identify and correct common formula errors such as #DIV/0! and #REF!.
- Use the fill handle to copy formulas quickly and complete a small project involving the simple interest formula.
