By the end of the lesson, learners can:
- Define the terms “attachment” and “address book” in the context of electronic mail.
- Demonstrate the steps to attach a file to an email and send it to a recipient.
- Demonstrate how to open, view and download an attachment received in an email.
- Demonstrate how to add, edit and delete a contact in an email address book.
- Explain when to use the To:, cc:, bcc: and subject fields when composing an email, and give reasons for each choice.
