Indicator: 2.1.2.LI.2 - Analyse the features of good governance.

By the end of the lesson, learners can:

  1. Define good governance and distinguish it from mere democratic governance.
  2. Explain at least six features of good governance with concrete examples from Ghanaian public life.
  3. Analyse how the values of tolerance, transparency, accountability, and equality contribute to nation-building.
  4. Assess the extent to which Ghana’s governance practices reflect the features of good governance.
  5. Justify the inclusion of women, youth, and persons with special needs in governance structures.
