Learning Objectives

Indicator: B1.1.4.1.1 - Describe and show direction to their home

By the end of the lesson, learners can:

  1. Describe their home and its neighbourhood using simple sentences, mentioning at least two features they see around their home.
  2. Give simple verbal directions from the school to their home, naming at least one landmark they pass on the way.
  3. Sketch a simple drawing or map showing the direction from the school to their home.
  4. Talk about one thing they would like to add to their home and explain why.
  5. Draw a picture of their home showing at least two features of the building or surroundings.
