Indicator: 1.3.1.LI.2 - Discuss career pathways in Health Education
By the end of the lesson, learners can:
- State the roles and responsibilities of at least five different health education professionals in Ghana.
- Explain the academic requirements and training pathways for at least three health education careers.
- Justify the importance of health education careers to community wellbeing in Ghana, using specific local examples.
- Present a group oral presentation on a chosen health education career pathway, supporting claims with reasons and examples.
- Demonstrate respect for diverse perspectives during group discussions and presentations.

Group work: Group learners with leads and secretaries to discuss career pathways and prospects in health education and make oral presentations to justify their claims. Project Work: - Learners in groups go to health centres in their communities and interview health workers on the role of some health workers in the communities. - Groups make PowerPoint presentations to class.
