Learning Objectives
Indicator: B5.7.1.1.2 - Describe proper sitting posture.
By the end of the lesson, learners can:
- Describe the correct sitting posture for using a computer, including the 90-degree angle at the elbow, hip, and knee.
- Demonstrate proper sitting posture at a computer workstation, including wrist support and foot placement.
- Explain why supporting the wrist with a wrist pad and taking short breaks are important for their health.
- Identify at least three signs of poor posture and correct them.
- Practise and evaluate their own sitting posture using a simple checklist.
