By the end of the lesson, learners can:

Demonstrate the correct posture for sitting at a computer workstation and explain why each element matters.
Apply the 20-20-20 rule and other eye-care practices when using screens.
Perform proper stretching exercises to prevent repetitive strain injuries during prolonged computer use.
Identify warning signs of stress or discomfort while working with ICT tools and state what action to take.
Create a personal checklist of health and safety habits to follow whenever using a computer.
