Learning Objectives

Indicator: B3.4.8.1.1 - Develop two coherent paragraphs on one idea or concept using leading questions

By the end of the lesson, learners can:

  1. Answer leading questions about a chosen topic with complete sentences.
  2. Arrange their answers in a logical order to form two coherent paragraphs.
  3. Write two connected paragraphs on a single idea, such as “My Home”, using their answers as a guide.
  4. Read their completed paragraphs aloud to a partner and check that every sentence belongs to the topic.

- Write the topic on the board.
- Ask questions for learners to generate ideas on the topic
- Discuss the questions with learners for them to answer appropriately
