By the end of the lesson, learners can:
- Distinguish between present tense (الفعل المضارع) and past tense (الفعل الماضي) verb forms for first person singular and plural.
- Conjugate the verbs ذهب (to go), كتب (to write), نجح (to succeed), and جلس (to sit) in the present tense for first person singular (أنا) and plural (نحن).
- Conjugate the same four verbs in the past tense for first person singular (أنا) and plural (نحن).
- Use correct present and past tense verb forms in short, connected dialogues about daily routines and past activities.
- Identify appropriate verb forms in context when reading or listening to simple Arabic sentences.
