Learning Objectives

Indicator: B9.3.3.1.2 - Demonstrate knowledge of verb tenses in reading of a semi vowelized script by identifying the verb in perfect tense and pointing out person/gender/number.

By the end of the lesson, learners can:

Identify the verb in the perfect tense (الفعل الماضي) when reading a semi vowelized Arabic text.
Extract the perfect tense verb from a given sentence and state it clearly.
Determine the subject (الفاعل) of the perfect tense verb and identify the person (first, second, or third).
Identify the gender (masculine or feminine) of the subject of the perfect tense verb.
Determine the number (singular, dual, or plural) of the subject of the perfect tense verb.
