Learning Objectives
Indicator: B7.2.3.1.1 - State words representing nouns such as names of persons, animals and places.
By the end of the lesson, learners can:
- Define a noun (اسم) in Arabic as a word that names a person, animal, place, or thing.
- Identify and state at least ten (10) Arabic nouns for persons and animals from a given list or from previous readings.
- Sort a mixed set of Arabic words into two categories: nouns for persons (أسماء أشخاص) and nouns for animals (أسماء حيوانات).
- Use each of the ten nouns correctly in a short spoken Arabic sentence (e.g., هذا معلمٌ - This is a teacher).
- Respond orally to questions such as “ما هذا؟” (What is this?) using the correct noun from the lesson.
