Learning Objectives

Indicator: B7.1.1.1.2 - Describe ways in which you demonstrate attributes of God in your life

By the end of the lesson, learners can:

  1. Identify at least five attributes of God (love, patience, mercy, kindness, justice, faithfulness) and explain what each means in their own words.
  2. Match each attribute of God to at least one practical action they can take in their daily life to demonstrate that attribute.
  3. Explain in writing how demonstrating God’s attributes in their lives reflects the image of God in humankind.
  4. Role play or demonstrate at least two scenarios in which they show love, patience, or mercy to others.
  5. Work cooperatively in groups to share ideas and present findings about how human beings show God’s attributes.
