Indicator: 2.3.2.LI.2 - Discuss the types of globalisation
By the end of the lesson, learners can:
- Identify and describe the three main types of globalisation: economic, political, and social (cultural) globalisation.
- Classify given real-world examples into the appropriate type of globalisation with justification.
- Discuss how each type of globalisation manifests in Ghana and the wider African context.
- Analyse the gender dynamics present in global governance and political leadership, using the lens of the types of globalisation.
- Assess the positive and negative effects of each type of globalisation on national development, demonstrating strategic reasoning.
