Learning Objectives
Indicator: B3.4.1.4.1
By the end of the lesson, learners can:
- Sustain continuous movement for at least 3 to 5 minutes while participating in moderate to vigorous physical activities such as jogging, skipping, or aerobic dance.
- Explain in their own words why regular workout improves muscular endurance and helps them keep moving for longer periods.
- Demonstrate proper breathing and pacing techniques while engaged in continuous movement activities.
- Identify and describe signs that show their bodies are working hard, such as faster breathing, increased heart rate, and sweating.
- Follow safety rules during continuous movement activities, including warming up before exercise and cooling down after exercise.
