Indicator: B2.4.1.4.2 - Mention the components of physical fitness.
By the end of the lesson, learners can:
- Name all five major components of physical fitness from memory.
- Match each component to its simple definition or description.
- Identify which component of fitness is being used in a given physical activity.
- Talk about their own body in relation to at least one component of fitness.
- Work in pairs or small groups to sort activities under the correct fitness components.
