Learning Objectives

Indicator: B9.8.2.1.4 - Écrire et envoyer des souhaits (Production écrite et Interaction écrite)

By the end of the lesson, learners can:

Write a short WhatsApp-style message in French expressing a wish, using the structures “Je te/vous souhaite…” and “J’espère que…” correctly.
Create a wish card (carte de souhaits) with at least two appropriate wish expressions for a given occasion (birthday, holiday, New Year, etc.).
Write a simple dictated sentence containing a wish expression from the lesson with at least 80% accuracy in spelling.
Send and respond to a written wish message in a short written interaction, choosing the correct form (tu or vous) for the receiver.
Identify the appropriate wish expression for at least five different occasions (Bon anniversaire, Bonne route, Bon appétit, etc.).
