Learning Objectives
Indicator: B8.2.1.5.2 - Demonstrate proficiency by conveying other people’s ideas and show agreement or disagreement with those ideas.
By the end of the lesson, learners can:
- Convey another person’s idea or opinion in Arabic using the phrase (يرى أن) or (يعتقد أن) meaning “he thinks that”.
- Express agreement with someone’s idea using (أنا موافق على) meaning “I agree with”.
- Express disagreement with someone’s idea using (أنا غير موافق على) or (لا أوافق على) meaning “I do not agree with”.
- Explain a reason for agreement or disagreement using (لأن) meaning “because”.
- Participate in a short dialogue where they report a third person’s opinion and state whether they agree or disagree with it.
