Learning Objectives

Indicator: B8.2.1.5.2 - Demonstrate proficiency by conveying other people’s ideas and show agreement or disagreement with those ideas.

By the end of the lesson, learners can:

Convey another person’s idea or opinion in Arabic using the phrase (يرى أن) or (يعتقد أن) meaning “he thinks that”.
Express agreement with someone’s idea using (أنا موافق على) meaning “I agree with”.
Express disagreement with someone’s idea using (أنا غير موافق على) or (لا أوافق على) meaning “I do not agree with”.
Explain a reason for agreement or disagreement using (لأن) meaning “because”.
Participate in a short dialogue where they report a third person’s opinion and state whether they agree or disagree with it.
