Learning Objectives
Indicator: B7.2.1.3.2 - Demonstrate oral communicative skills in the pronunciation of such sensual expressions as touch, smell, taste, see, etc.
By the end of the lesson, learners can:
- Pronounce the five sensual words in Arabic correctly: اللمس (touch), البصر (sight), الذوق (taste), السمع (hearing), الشم (smell).
- Match each sensual word with its corresponding result word: الشعور (feeling), الرؤية (vision), اللذة (pleasure), الصوت (sound), الرائحة (smell/aroma).
- Use short Arabic sentences to express personal feelings connected to the five senses, for example: أرى الطيور (I see the birds).
- Respond orally to simple questions about what they sense, using correct pronunciation and intonation.
- Identify sensual words when heard in context and state which sense is being referred to (CC7.1).
