Learning Objectives
Indicator: 1.5.2.LI.2 - Analyse the consequences of unethical behaviour
By the end of the lesson, learners can:
- Define unethical behaviour and distinguish it from ethical behaviour using examples from Ghanaian society.
- Explain at least three consequences of unethical behaviour on the individual, including loss of trust, guilt, and damaged reputation.
- Analyse how unethical behaviour affects society, including its impact on institutions, the economy, and social cohesion.
- Apply the saying “Had I known is always at last” to real-life situations to show the regret that follows unethical choices.
- Evaluate a given scenario and predict the short-term and long-term consequences of the unethical actions involved.
