Indicator: B9.6.2.1.2 - Explain how to manage resources of small business enterprises

By the end of the lesson, learners can:

  1. Identify the five key resources (land, labour, capital, market, location) that a small business owner must manage.
  2. Explain the six processes of managing a business: planning, organising, communicating, delegating, motivating, and controlling.
  3. Describe at least two factors a small business owner must consider when managing each resource category.
  4. Work in a group to produce a simple resource management plan for a small Ghanaian business and present it clearly to the class.
