Learning Objectives
Indicator: B9.2.1.2.1 - Assess the significance of weather and climate.
By the end of the lesson, learners can:
- Distinguish between weather and climate using local and national examples.
- Identify and describe at least four elements of weather and climate, and name the instruments used to measure each.
- Explain at least three factors that affect weather and climate in Ghana.
- Locate and describe the major climatic zones of Ghana on a map.
- Assess the significance of weather and climate to daily life, agriculture, and economic activities in Ghana, including the effects of weather-related disasters.
