Learning Objectives

Indicator: B7.1.3.1.2 - Demonstrate the preventive measures of environmental health

By the end of the lesson, learners can:

  1. Identify at least five preventive measures of poor environmental health in their school and community.
  2. Explain why each preventive measure (avoiding water pollution, littering, and indiscriminate defecation) is important for community health.
  3. Demonstrate the correct procedure for planting a tree seedling as a class project.
  4. Document the growth stages of a planted tree using simple charts, pictures, or short video recordings.
  5. Present group findings on preventive measures to the class with confidence and clarity.
