Learning Objectives
Indicator: 3.6.2.LI.2 - Examine the key components of the implementation of an entrepreneurial idea
By the end of the lesson, learners can:
- Identify and explain the key components of an entrepreneurial idea implementation plan, including business concept, goals, strategies, marketing, operations, and financial projections.
- Compare and contrast different legal structures for a business in Ghana (sole proprietorship, partnership, and limited liability company), stating one advantage and one disadvantage of each.
- Develop a simple implementation plan for a business idea that responds to a societal problem identified in the previous lesson.
- Explain the importance of leadership, team management, ethical practices, and sustainability in the successful implementation of a business idea.
- Justify their choice of legal structure and management approach for their proposed business, showing awareness of the Ghanaian business environment.
