Learning Objectives
Indicator: 1.6.2.LI.1 - Discuss the importance of entrepreneurship to personal development
By the end of the lesson, learners can:
- Define entrepreneur and entrepreneurship in their own words and give at least two local examples of each.
- Identify at least four ways entrepreneurship contributes to personal development, such as building confidence, financial independence, problem-solving skills, and self-discipline.
- Explain how entrepreneurship can be a pathway to self-employment and personal growth.
- Debate the advantages and disadvantages of entrepreneurship to personal development, supporting their position with reasoned arguments.
- Reflect on how entrepreneurship might influence their own personal development plans and career aspirations.
