Learning Objectives
Indicator: B6.6.7.1.4 - Illustrate filing of e-mail messages.
By the end of the lesson, learners can:
- Explain what an e-mail folder is and why filing messages is important.
- Create new folders in their e-mail account to organise messages.
- Sort and move e-mail messages from the Inbox into the correct folders.
- Apply a simple filing system to keep the Inbox tidy and easy to search.
- Demonstrate the steps of filing e-mail messages on a device, or describe them clearly if no device is available.
