Indicator: B6.6.7.1.3 - Demonstrate how to delete messages.
By the end of the lesson, learners can:
- Explain why it is important to delete unwanted email messages from an inbox.
- Identify and describe the Delete button or Trash icon in an email interface.
- Demonstrate the steps to delete a single email message and multiple email messages.
- Demonstrate how to empty the Trash or Deleted Items folder.
- Explain the difference between deleting a message and permanently removing it from the Trash folder.
