Learning Objectives
Indicator: B5.6.7.1.2 - Demonstrate the use of internet e-mail addresses.
By the end of the lesson, learners can:
- State the three main parts of an internet e-mail address and explain what each part does.
- Read out and write an e-mail address correctly, including the @ symbol and the dot.
- Identify whether an e-mail address is valid or invalid by checking its parts.
- Arrange the parts of an e-mail address in the correct order to form a complete and working address.
- Explain the purpose of an e-mail address and why it must be unique to each user.
