Learning Objectives

Indicator: B3.3.1.1.1 - Describe the youthful lives of the leaders of the three major religions in Ghana.

By the end of the lesson, learners can:

  1. Narrate at least two key events from the youthful life of the Lord Jesus Christ.
  2. Describe the early years of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W) including his work as a businessman.
  3. Explain the role of a traditional religious leader such as Egya Ahor and his occupation as a farmer.
  4. Compare the occupations of the three religious leaders (carpenter, businessman, farmer) in a group discussion.
  5. Write a short paragraph on the youthful life of one religious leader and present it to the class.
