Learning Objectives

Indicator: B3.1.5.1.1 - Dramatise and role-play stories heard and read

By the end of the lesson, learners can:

  1. mention the titles of at least three stories they have heard or read, such as The Magic Pot.
  2. identify and name the main characters in a story read aloud by the teacher.
  3. dramatise or role-play a short story with appropriate characters, using simple dialogue and actions.
  4. discuss and comment on stories dramatised by their classmates, stating what they liked and what could be improved.
  5. work collaboratively in groups to assign roles and present a short scene from a familiar story.
