By the end of the lesson, learners can:

Identify key expressions used for asking for advice, giving advice, and giving warnings when listening to an audio dialogue in French.
Distinguish between a piece of advice (un conseil) and a warning (un avertissement) based on the language used in a spoken conversation.
Respond appropriately in French (verbally or through gestures/action) to instructions, advice and warnings heard in a dialogue.
Complete a listening discrimination exercise by identifying specific words or sounds related to advice and warnings (e.g., “il faut”, “attention”, “ne touchez pas”) from an audio text.
Summarise in English or basic French the main message of a short audio conversation about advice and warnings, demonstrating understanding of the underlying themes and intentions of the speakers.
