Learning Objectives
Indicator: B3.1.3.4.2 - Plan for a display of own artworks to share creative experiences based on ideas that reflect the natural and manmade environments in other African communities
By the end of the lesson, learners can:
- identify artworks they have created that show natural and manmade environments in other African communities and group them into categories for display.
- prepare a simple display plan that states the venue, the arrangement of artworks, and the target audience for the display.
- select and arrange at least five of their own artworks in a logical order that tells a story about natural and manmade environments in other African communities.
- explain in one or two sentences how each selected artwork shares information about the environment of another African community.
- invite a target audience to the planned display by preparing a short spoken or written invitation that states the date, time and venue.
