Learning Objectives
Indicator: B3.2.3.4.2
By the end of the lesson, learners can:
- Identify and describe natural and manmade environments shown in short videos or pictures of other African communities.
- Select two or three of their own creative artworks (music, dance, or drama) that reflect African environments, using the criteria of creativity and originality.
- Work in groups to plan the order of items for a display, deciding which performances open, follow, and close the programme.
- Sketch a simple floor plan or stage layout showing where performers will stand or move during the display.
- Draft a short invitation message (spoken or written) that tells the target audience what the display is about and when and where it will take place.
