Learning Objectives
Indicator: B2.2.3.5.2 - Perform own artworks to share creative experiences that reflect the natural and manmade environments in other Ghanaian communities
By the end of the lesson, learners can:
- Identify at least three natural and three manmade environmental features found in other Ghanaian communities (such as the Volta River, Cape Coast Castle, the Mole National Park or the Paga crocodile pond).
- Perform a short dance, song or drama that clearly shows at least one natural or one manmade feature of another Ghanaian community.
- Use voice, movement and facial expressions to communicate ideas about the chosen environment to an audience.
- Work with a group to plan and rehearse a short performance piece that educates the audience about another Ghanaian community.
- Reflect on their own performance and give simple feedback to peers about what the performance taught them.
