Lesson notes

Learning Objectives

Indicator: B6.3.2.2.2 - Dire quels comportements vous n’aimez pas chez quelqu’un

By the end of the lesson, learners can:

  1. Identify at least six French expressions used to describe behaviours one dislikes in others (e.g., “Je n’aime pas les gens qui…”, “Ça m’énerve quand quelqu’un…”).
  2. Produce orally at least three complete sentences stating behaviours they do not like in someone, using correct subject-verb agreement.
  3. Respond appropriately to the question “Quels comportements n’aimes-tu pas chez quelqu’un ?” with accurate vocabulary and pronunciation.
  4. Use the negative structure “Je n’aime pas” correctly with both nouns and verbs (e.g., “Je n’aime pas le mensonge”, “Je n’aime pas quand quelqu’un ment”).
  5. Express personal preferences about behaviours with confidence in a short role-play, applying the vocabulary learned in the previous week’s listening and question-response lessons.

Source document note

The official curriculum document has a fault in this entry, so the curriculum text above is transcribed exactly as printed:

  • indicator text - p.85: printed B6.3.1.3.1, the same code as the indicator on printed p.84, with different text; position asks for B6.3.2.2.2, since this row's text is a speaking task. See the note on B6.3.1.1.1 p.85
  • indicator text - printed "B6.3.1.3.1" on p.85. Renumbered to "B6.3.2.2.2": this row belongs to sub-strand 3.2 (what one does not like), which the document prints with sub-strand 3.1 codes. Resolved by the document own four-skill scheme (segment 1 Comprehension Orale, 2 Production Orale, 3 Comprehension Ecrite, 4 Production Ecrite) and by the exact mirror structure of sub-strand 3.1 in the same grade.
