Indicator: B5.3.1.3.1 - Lire et comprendre un texte simple sur les goûts et les préférences des personnes
By the end of the lesson, learners can:
- Read aloud a short passage about a person’s likes and preferences with acceptable pronunciation.
- Identify and list at least 5 expressions of liking (j’aime, j’adore, je préfère, j’apprécie, je suis fan de) from a simple text.
- Answer comprehension questions in French or English about what a person likes and dislikes based on a short text.
- Match key vocabulary (foods, sports, subjects, activities) to the correct preference shown in a reading passage.
- State in one or two French sentences what a character from a text likes or does not like, using the third person (“il aime”, “elle n’aime pas”).
