Indicator: B5.3.2.1.5 - Identify and use interrogative determiners e.g. which, whose - to find out which person something belongs to
By the end of the lesson, learners can:
- Define interrogative determiners and state that “which” and “whose” are the two main ones used in English.
- Identify interrogative determiners (which, whose) in given sentences and short passages.
- Use “which” to ask questions about a specific person, animal, event, time, or object from a group.
- Use “whose” to ask questions about ownership or possession.
- Write original questions using “which” and “whose” to find out information in everyday school and home situations.
