Learning Objectives

Indicator: B9.5.2.1.4 - Develop the selected solution

By the end of the lesson, learners can:

  1. Select the best design from a set of generated ideas, using clear and appropriate criteria to justify the choice.
  2. State at least three specific reasons for selecting a particular design for further development.
  3. Examine the selected design to identify at least two parts or features that need modification.
  4. Redesign the selected solution by drawing and labelling the final version with necessary modifications.
  5. Present the final design to peers, explaining the selection reasons and modifications in a clear, logical order.
