Learning Objectives

Indicator: 1.2.2.LI.1 - Describe a un miembro de tu familia. (Expresión oral)

By the end of the lesson, learners can:

Identify and pronounce at least 10 adjectives for physical appearance and personality traits in Spanish, including their masculine and feminine forms.
Match articles (el, la, los, las) and adjectives correctly with family member nouns, respecting gender and number agreement.
Produce a spoken description of one family member of their choice using the correct forms of “ser” (es, son) and appropriate adjectives.
Respond to simple questions such as “¿Cómo es tu madre?” or “¿Cómo es tu hermano?” with a complete and accurate sentence.
Demonstrate tolerance and respect when listening to classmates describe family members from different cultural backgrounds, including Ghanaian and Hispanic families.
