By the end of the lesson, learners can:

Watch a short video or listen to an audio recording and identify the positions of people and objects described (e.g., sur, sous, devant, derrière, à côté de, entre).
Listen to a description and write down the position words (prépositions de lieu) they hear.
Match spoken or visual descriptions of positions to the correct image or arrangement.
Respond to simple comprehension questions in French about the positions of people and objects shown in a video or picture.
Draw or label a simple scene based on positions they hear described in French.
