By the end of the lesson, learners can:

Watch a short audiovisual document and identify at least four positions of people or objects using French position words such as sur, sous, devant, derrière, à côté de, entre.
Take simple notes (drawings, arrows, or short French phrases) showing where people and objects are located in relation to one another.
Respond to oral questions about positions in the document by pointing, drawing, or answering in one or two French words.
Match position words heard in the document to the correct images or pictures.
Re-tell, with teacher support, what they saw in the document using at least three position phrases.
