By the end of the lesson, learners can:

Identify the key components of an affiche (poster) and a note de service (service note) that announce meeting times.
Write complete sentences giving the time and purpose of a scheduled meeting or appointment, using correct clock times (À 9 heures, c’est l’accueil des invités).
Produce a short affiche announcing a school event with clearly stated times for each activity.
Produce a brief note de service inviting staff or classmates to a meeting at a specified time.
Apply proper layout and formatting (title, date, time, place, signature) when writing their affiche or note de service.
