Learning Objectives

Indicator: B9.4.3.1.2 - Demonstrate the ability to select quotations that are relevant to an idea and incorporate them in a simple written prose.

By the end of the lesson, learners can:

Explain what a quotation is and why quotations strengthen a piece of writing.
Identify quotations that are relevant to a given topic or idea.
Select at least two appropriate quotations from a list and place them correctly within a short essay.
Write a short paragraph or essay in Arabic that incorporates a relevant quotation smoothly and naturally.
Punctuate quotations correctly using Arabic quotation marks and introductory phrases.
