Learning Objectives
Indicator: B7.4.3.1.1
By the end of the lesson, learners can:
- Identify the main ideas of a simple Arabic narrative text by asking and answering the questions “من؟” (who?), “ماذا؟” (what?), “أين؟” (where?), and “متى؟” (when?).
- Write a summary of a short Arabic narrative text in 20 to 30 words using the author’s key words and phrases, with correct grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
- Organise the summary in a clear sequence that follows the order of events in the original text.
- Review and edit their own summary to remove unnecessary details and check for spelling and punctuation errors.
