Indicator: B3.1.6.2.3 - Participate in communication, using more varied and more accurate language

By the end of the lesson, learners can:

Use a range of descriptive words (adjectives and adverbs) to talk about people, places, events and customs discussed in earlier lessons
Speak in complete, accurate sentences when contributing to a group conversation about a poster
Take part in a group discussion, building on what others say using connecting phrases such as “That reminds me of…”, “Another thing is…” and “In addition to that…”
Correct their own errors in grammar and word choice when prompted by the teacher or peers
Present a short, clear summary of their group’s discussion to the whole class using varied and accurate language
