Exemplars (from the NaCCA curriculum)
- Together with learners choose a text from their readers which has already been read. - Discuss the text e.g. title, characters, simple literary terms. - Guide learners to discuss the character traits of some characters and role-play them. Pause to ask learners questions in the process, e. g. Why do you think the characters said that?
